In today's world, environmental protection has had a huge impact on the construction industry. Waste generation during construction has always been the focus of environmental activists. Unlike traditional houses, in prefabricated structures, all the materials needed for construction can be purchased in bulk. This makes it possible to estimate the final construction costs more accurately. The cost of building prefabricated houses is calculated on the basis of square meters and you can execute your desired design and construction according to your budget. Cost reductions in this type of structure are not limited to the purchase of materials, but a large part of these savings is related to the costs of transportation and manpower needed to advance the project. Prefabricated houses based on the type of use and climatic conditions of the place They are used and are made of different materials. Wooden prefabricated houses, concrete prefabricated houses and metal prefabricated houses are different types of houses that, in addition to differences in appearance, are designed and prepared for different geographical conditions.

Prefabricated houses are made of different materials depending on the type of use and climatic conditions of the place where they are used. Wooden prefabricated houses, concrete prefabricated houses and metal prefabricated houses are different types of these houses which, in addition to differences in appearance, are designed and prepared for different geographical conditions. The biggest advantage of prefabricated houses over ordinary houses is their high construction speed. In fact, most prefabricated houses are produced by putting together smaller parts that were previously built in the factory, so in most cases, their preparation time is limited to the process of moving the structures to the construction site and finally assembling them.

Prefabricated houses usually have better insulation. Double-glazed windows and insulation that prevent cold and heat loss greatly optimize the energy consumption of prefabricated homes. Therefore, choosing a prefabricated house can be a good decision to save energy and reduce costs. Although there are prefabricated houses, the cost of which may exceed the cost of building a house, but in most cases, buying a prefabricated house can be to some extent. It greatly reduces the cost of owning a home. Choosing a prefabricated house eliminates a large part of the costs associated with the purchase, transportation of materials, as well as construction operations. In addition, due to the high speed of construction and installation of prefabricated houses, the issue of securing the semi-finished building and its costs is eliminated.

Specifications:

Exterior and interior panels:

Interior and exterior panels are made of chipboard with double-sided cement coating (bitumen) with dimensions of 8x1250x2500 mm. Hard polyester foam with a density of 12 and a thickness of 84 mm is used to provide thermal insulation. The thickness of the outer panel is 10 cm and the thickness of the inner panel is 6 cm and its height is 250 cm. The heaviest part of a building with a hollow wall panel and a window panel with a window is 114 kg. (For a panel with an outer door measuring 125 x250 cm)

Connecting panels:

All special H and U profiles, which are connecting parts, are produced from galvanized sheet with special rolling and are connected with a clamping system. Due to the curvature of the corners, rust will not be caused by sweating.

Bearing skeleton:

Roof trusses, beams and columns are specially produced from folded galvanized stainless steel sheet. A specially shaped truss is placed along every 125 cm along the building. Bolts and nuts are used during installation, and for this reason it is possible to open and close them many times. Non-welded and with system, screw connections are produced in our modern factories.

Interstructure:

The mezzanine frame is made as a special cage from a folded galvanized sheet. The mezzanine floor is covered with 16 mm thick cement veneer (Betopan). On the false ceiling of the lower floor is placed fiberglass with a thickness of 80 mm (14 kg per cubic meter). The load-bearing capacity between the floors is 200 kg per square meter.
