The non-alkaline additive accelerates the reaction of water and cement, which is more specific for shuttlecock operations. The chemicals in this antifreeze, by increasing the hydration rate and increasing the exothermic heat, reduce the initial shotcrete retention time and prevent the free water remaining in the shotcrete by completing the reaction with cement. Due to the lack of chlorine ions, corrosion does not occur in the mesh structure and can be used in armed shotcrete. Chemical compounds, on the other hand, lower the freezing point of the liquid phase of the shotcrete.
