Electric shutters are a major component of electric shutters. The motors, using dynamic torque, move the electric shutters up and down, opening and closing the inlet. These engines are divided into three general categories, depending on the weight and size of the shutters they move and how they operate: Electric Shuttle Motor: Most powerful motors. These motors have the most capability to move electric shutters and have the ability to move shutters with high weight and area and inputs of high traffic.Tubular Electric Shuttle Engine: Delicate-looking motors that resemble a small cylinder. Due to their appearance, these motors occupy a very small size in the space around the shutters, but require more precise installation.Central Electric Shutters: Engines for opening and closing shutters of medium weight and size.An electric shuttle blade is required to rotate and retract or open a shaft or nut. The shaft connects to the motor from one end to the other, to an end cap bearing. This is a ball bearing tool that helps the shaft to rotate easily. Other components of the electric shutters set are the rails that are perpendicular to the two sides of the shutters. Inside the rails there is a hair gasket to prevent dust from entering. Also at the bottom of the blades, there is a cut-out plastic piece called a caps that smooths the movement of the blades in the rails.
