In fan-operated burners, the operation is based on the command of the boiler or heater thermostat and according to the schedule of the burner relay schedule, so that first the burner aeration is turned on for about 30 to 60 seconds according to the fan relay command and then the burner ignition transformer starts. It ignites and then the solenoid valve (gas, diesel or diesel) opens and the fuel passes through the solenoid valve and enters the boiler or heater combustion chamber. Simultaneously with the spark of the transformer, the flame is formed in front of the flame spreader flame.
After the flame has formed, there is no need to continue the spark (electric arc) and with the command of the photocell or ion, the function of the spark transformer stops and the burner continues its combustion until the command to turn off the thermostat arrives.
The electromotorfan of the burners is based on the capacity of the single-phase or three-phase burner and has 2900 rpm.
