Super-lubricants have a much stronger effect than concrete lubricants. This type of concrete lubricant has the ability to reduce the high water content of concrete or increase the psychological flow of concrete or even both. The reduction strength of these materials is approximately 25% under ideal conditions and 12 to 18% under normal conditions. The power of water reduction in these superplasticizers should not be less than 12%.
Properties and effects:
- Increased concrete cohesion
- Reducing the permeability of concrete
- Increase compressive strength
- Compatibility with Portland cement types
- Slipping time 30 to 45 minutes
- Psychological increase of concrete (increase of slump)
- Ease of pumping and reduction of equipment depreciation
- Reduction of water to cement ratio by about 12% to 20%
Application:
- Concreting in a variety of reinforced and non-reinforced structures at normal temperatures
- Execution of concrete slabs, foundations, columns, walls and bridges, etc.
- Manufacture of prefabricated parts
- Prestressed concrete
- Hard industrial floors
